ᗩᗷOᑌT ᗰᕮ: I'm an experienced educator with a demonstrated history of helping people reach their potential. I am passionate about breaking down complex ideas to make them accessible to all learners and am skilled at developing educational solutions that are relevant and engaging. People who know me well would say that I am detail-oriented, highly organized, a fast learner, and a creative problem-solver.

ᗯᕼᗩT I ᗪO: I design and develop learning experiences for both online and in-person learning. I tailor the experience to my audience and use performance and assessment data to inform my next steps. I do this by gathering information about my learners and the skill or knowledge they need to gain. I review the materials that are already in place to address this need and interview stakeholders and subject matter experts to gain a thorough understanding of the learning objectives and KPIs. Using this information, I outline a learning plan in a storyboard for stakeholder review. Once everybody signs off on the design, I begin developing the learning experience. Once development is complete, I roll out the solution to a small group of pilot learners to work out any bugs or issues before implementing the solution to the entire learner population. Once the solution has been implemented, I collect evaluation data to see if the solution was effective and achieved the desired result. Using this evaluation data, I add to or revise the learning experience to maximize its effectiveness.

ᗯᕼᗩT ᗰᗩKᕮS ᗰᕮ ᑌᑎIᑫᑌᕮ: I consider myself a multi-hyphenate: I'm an educator/scientist/manager/salesperson/creator. I've found success working in both public and private education, in the business world, and in a retail sales setting. I'm eager to learn and try new things; I adapt quickly to new situations. I'm skilled at creating learning solutions from scratch and making adjustments to improve. Having a background in science means I'm comfortable asking questions to gather evidence, analyzing data, and making sense of new information. I seek to fully understand problems before attempting to solve them and enjoy finding the best-fit solution for the people in front of me.
